Hi, I'm Mike Sizemore

President - Mike Sizemore Consulting

Mike is a seasoned and successful business owner with 40 years combined experience in management, operations, development, human resources, risk management, scaling and more. He has worked in both the public and private sectors with a high level of proficiency in understanding and achieving both operational and financial goals.

More recently he has taken these experiences and parlayed them into a successful consulting organization, working with business owners and entrepreneurs. The goal being to listen, offer constructive solutions and align them with other professionals and industry leaders to maximize their potential.

Community is a big part of his life too. From coaching youth sports, to leadership in civic and non-profit organizations, as well as his local church. Whether it’s out front, or working quietly behind the scenes, he enjoys helping others achieve their goals.

But, Mike’s favorite titles are husband, dad and especially being “Papa” to the grandkids.

So, whether you call him consultant, business owner, community volunteer or entrepreneur…he says it all comes down to this, “I just enjoy helping people figure stuff out.”

Anand Chaturvedi, Founder – CEO of Caryfy.AI has more than two decades of experience in leading global business and IT strategies in Fortune 1000 organisations.

As the CEO of Caryfy, Anand has worked with numerous home health care business owners in understanding and solving their business issues through the application of “Lean Thinking” principles. Anand frequently writes about principles of lean at his professional blog.

Prior to Caryfy.AI his professional work experience includes roles of increasing responsibilities in areas of technology, global strategy, product and channel development in four different continents – Asia, Europe, South and North America.

Anand is also a co-founder of Deerghayu Foundation, an Atlanta based 501c3 non profit, focused on diabetes prevention through education in under-served communities, globally.

Anand splits his personal time between Atlanta, GA and Udaipur (India).

Anand got his MBA from University of South Carolina, Columbia. He has received Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from University of Rajasthan.
